And not eating the way i should. i have the next few weeks off and hope i can get back on track. thinking about doing a really intense workout like Insanity or PX 90. Does anyone know anything about these two dvd sets? i know that px 90 requires some equipment and Insanity does not. Has anyone had results with these workouts?

I hope so. I have worked out two days in a row. Its always easier on the weekends though. I don’t have to be out the house by a certain time or anything like that. During the week though I have to be places sometimes as early as 8 AM. These are the days in which it gets tough. I can only get up so early and be healthy. I can’t get in the bed early because I am a student so I am up doing reports for internship or homework. I take every ounce of sleep I can get, which interferes with workouts. Working out in the evening will keep me awake so that is a no go. I am wondering if any success can come from working out only 3 days a week?

Haven’t worked out in weeks. I feel like crap. I have lost wieght and everyone notices, but I know i can do so much better and I need to work on the stomach. Im always so tired thoug. Im hardly ever home and I have to get up really early for classes. I can’t workout at night. It wakes me up and will cause problems if I try to go to bed. *sigh* Not doing too well guys.

I have been working out now for about 6 months using mostly bodylastics bands. I have also changed the way I eat. I eat mostly chicken anfd turkey although I do still eat beef, just no where near as much as I used to. I try to get in 5-6 meal/snacks a day but it is not always easy with school.
I have lost about 10 lbs. My body is definitly looking different but progress is slow compared to other people. I can’t seem to lose the stomach although i have noticed my arms looking different and I can no longer fit clothes so I have had to go out and start replenishing my wardrobe.
My arms are not changing as fast as I would like and neither is my stomach. I have started documenting each workout in a small notebook as i have seen suggested by others online.
