Well, I didn’t bring home a medal from the Natural Olympia.  I had an awesome time and met some great people! 

One highlight of my trip was a girl I was competing with recognized me from Oxygen and was so excited and wanted her picture with me.  That just made my day!

I’m going to rest a little bit, but hopefully do some more competitions after the first of the year.

I’m just sitting in my hotel room waiting for the competition tomorrow!  We did our registration today and I got to scope out the competition.  Honestly, its hard to tell who is in my category.  There are so many different divisions, there is no way to judge who is doing what.  We had our team pictures today at Fishman’s Warfe…how pretty!  We had a great time.  San Francisco is so pretty!  Well, off to bed to get rested.  Will let you know how it goes!  Have a good weekend!  DD

I’m off to San Francisco for the INBA Natural Olympia!  I’m going to compete in the Sports Fitness Model and Bikiini!  Wish me luck!  Don’t forget to vote while I’m gone:)

Well, one week out until the INBA Natural Olympia in San Francisco.  I will really be kicking it into high gear this next week!  I must say, I’m very ready for this competition.  As of right now, I’m not looking to compete again to April.  I need to take a mental break.  I’ve had a couple melt downs, but I needed them.  Especially when I’m sitting here making a gooey cake for tonight.  No licking the bowl and no taste test!

I finally got my December issue of Oxygen Magazine today.  My Gaspari Nutrition Ad is on page 3&4 and there is also a story about Marzia and I on page 134.  Its so crazy to see myself in the magazine!  Let me know what you think!  It hits the shelves October 21.
