Well, 17 more days until the Orlando Europa.  I will get my suit tomorrow…some adjustments were made and then the test run and practice walks!!  I’m getting very excited for my first competition of the year.  I’ve been watching all the NPC Bikini Competitions that have taken place so far this year, and I feel pretty good about it!!

Well, I’ve been keeping pretty busy!

 Right now I’m working on  my personal training certification.  I will be done in mid-March.  I’m very excited about this!  I’ve had several people tell me "make sure you let me know when you are ready to take clients."  Well, I can’t wait!

I just did an interview with a author of a fitness book from Australia.  She saw my story on BB.com and interviewed me.  She is working with a publisher right now, so I’ll keep you posted when it comes out.

The more important thing going on right now is my training.  I’m training for the NPC Bikini Division in Orlando, Florida.  I’m working really hard mentally, physically and nutritionally.  I’m in the middle of getting a suit made from a new designer Shonna…she is awesome.  Let me know if you want her info.  She is very talented and has great prices on her suits!

So far my 2009 is going great and I can’t wait to see what else comes my way!

Just got back from Vegas for New Year’s!  Man, I needed it.  After going since March, I had to get some crappy eating and drinking out of my system.  Don’t worry, I didn’t go too crazy, but after having meltdowns throughout the year and things constanlty going on, I needed it.  So now it’s back to reality.  Getting in my 2-a-days this week to get a jump start on things.  I’ve decided to do 3-4 competitions this year.  First one in April.  I’m real excited for ‘09!  I’m going in a few weeks to try to get my PT Certification.  I’m always looking for something more in my life.  So I thought, why not?  I was tought going into to this by one of the best, why not pass it along.

Thank you to all that voted for me in Round #2!  There are some great guys and gals that are competing in the Iron Man/BB.com Model Search!  Fitness and health is something new for me and I promise I won’t let you down!

I just registered to take Personal Training Courses next month…wish me luck!  I guess there are some things that I’m passionate about and now this is one of them!

So I got a message this evening from MIKAWILL.  She is new to Bodyspace and joined after she saw my testimonial in the Gaspari Nutrition Ad in Fitness RX for Women.  After reading her message over and over, I guess I never really sat and thought how much my transformation could effect people.  I do receive emails and messages from several women that say I inspire them and it is so touching.  It seems all too surreal.  MIKAWILL has now inspired me to keep my fitness up and stay focused on my nutrition and health.  Please send MIKAWILL a message welcoming her to Bodyspace!
