New pics and measurements today.  I thought I was going to be the same…but, no way!!  I can’t believe I lost 2 more pounds…please know that I am eating healthy and maintaining my workouts…I’ve lost 7 in. off the hips…wow, those suckers were big.  I must say that the suit is getting really big.  We were doing the pictures today and it was hard to keep it on…how crazy is that???  Today really lifted my spirits and gave me a great feeling.  Thanks to Marzia for putting up with me and keeping me motivated…its been great!  I’m still taking the Gaspari Cytolean in the morning and the SuperPump before my cardio…this has really been helpful.  The IntraPro has been very helpful while I’m on the go during the day!  Can’t wait until next measurements!!

Things are going good.  I worked out with Marzia and I’ve been a little depressed about my stomach.  She reassured me that it will disappear.  She said its just "TONS" of layers of fat that has been sitting there for a LONG TIME.  I’m so excited about my progress so far!!  Please don’t get me wrong…my stomach looks soooo much better than it did when we started.  I look at it like buying a new house….you want to get everything done right away (painting, decorating, etc)…I just have to be patient.  At the end of my tranformation I will have a six-pack!!  We have kicked up my weight training…Marzia is kicking my butt.  My cardio is more intense too…I’ve been adding more incline to my runs. 

My next measurements and progress pics are next week.  I can’t wait to see how I’m doing!!!!
