Okay, I have a question. What is considered overweight and fat? Is it based on your percentage of body fat? Is it…you think you look fat in the mirror? Is it…you are not toned and you can see the fat move? I want to know what you think.

Depends on who you talk to. Most doctors go by BMI but that is misleading as it doesn’t breakdown the body fat vs. lean body mass. But it is a good indication if you are overweight in general. Body fat is the best measurement of both being "over weight" and of keeping track of your "real" progress especially if you are working out with weights. The first two months I did weights I lost no weight according the the scale but lost a lot of body fat.
We are our own worst critics. I still see the pockets of "fat" I need to get rid of but other see me as "perfect the way you are". I’ve reached my goal weight but not my goal body. (six pack abs my memorial day).
