First week

Well, I wanted to give you all an update of my first week with eating healthy and working out with Marzia.  I am loving it!  Lets see, I went to eat Mexican food with my girlfriends, and I didn’t have one chip!  I had chicken fajita meat, small bowl of black beans and one corn tortilla.

I also have been keeping a journal of my daily food intake and workout schedule.  I like doing this because I hold myself accountable for what I did and didn’t do.  With physically writting everything down and looking back, I have no excuses!

My workouts have been great.  Marzia has been great to train with!  She is very motivating and encouraging.  She doesn’t just stand around and watch, she will push you that extra step and chat with you to keep your mind of the "good pain."  The "good pain" is when you wake up in the morning and can’t walk.  This "pain" will help me look "good."  The eating has been great too!  My breakfast used to be just coffee, but now I have my protein with my fruit in the morning.

Also, I could not live without the Gaspari Nutrition products.  They have been a life saver!  I take my 2 Cytolean in the morning with a big class of water and then I eat 30 min. later.  These really help my appetite throughout the day.  I’m also loving the IntrPro and Superpump mix.  They really give me the energy I need to go that extra mile.  Also, my husband has been taking Gaspari Novadex…he LOVES it!  I think I have him hooked on Gaspari!

Sounds like you are doing great! I’m sure you will knock out your goals by the way you sound…super MOTIVATED! I also find that a food/workout journal helps a BIG DEAL. I have been doing it for a little over a year :) Keep training hard!
