I am hoping that I am actually 120 lbs. I was Friday but Sunday my weight shifted to 123. Hoping it is just water weight and such. Who knows. Just going to keep kicking butt at the gym and eating right. I do feel much better about myself. had to buy smaller clothes and undies that is always good.

Don’t lose too much, get yourself a cotainer of whey protein from Universal Nutritrition.com, take it from me Sean. I’m a bodybuilder that’s what i use to stay lean.

Congratulations on your weight loss.
You should’nt use whey protein un less it is for a meal replacement.
Try cutting out the carb on meals like breakfast not everyday but every other day.
you can replace what you eat then with a protein bar or shake.
try to keep swapping your training pattern around not the same thing each day your body gets youst to that.
Maybe you should set a goal like if you have jeans that are to small for you, you can set a goal to get into the jeans.
