3 Weeks into “hard gainer” routine
Friday, September 7th, 2007Since starting this routine all of my lifts have went up significantly. Im now keeping a log and will update this blog once I have all the details with me.
When I started, my DB shoulder press max was 75lbs x 5 and as of 9-6-07 I managed to do 75lbs x 11! A 6 rep increase in 3 weeks isnt too bad!
