new program

i added a new machine to my work out.  i am doing chest presses now something else.  lol i don’t know what it is called but it works my arms and back.  i’s sore already and it isn’t even the next day yet.  i am hoping along with everything else it will help shape my body.  would be nice it if gets rid of the upper back fat.  something tells me i am not that lucky.  all i can do is keep trying.

makesure to eat right, drink plenty of water and believe in yourself. How is everything going? I am on leave at home visiting my family it’s good to be back but it will be time to return soon. For your back and bi’s they work together as do chest and tri’s, if you feel it works keep doing it until it stops working then find another exercise. Cardio will help burn fat, be patient.

Weight training is a great way to shape the body not to mention it gives you a lot of confidence. I enjoy weight training very much. It’s great you are doing more with weight machines in your workout. The machines give you structure which helps you do the exercise correctly. If you are not keeping a record of the number of sets and reps you do then give that a try. That’s a great way to monitor your progress and to make sure you inch forward in your progress. Good luck!
