Doctors Office

i went to the doctors today tipping the scale at 179.  i did not update that on my main age.  i am really sad about that.  only because i changed my eating habits and it seems to have made no difference, but my body looks more and more amazing with each passing day.  do you guys think it could be muscle i have put on.  my abs and starting to lean out as well as my arms.  i hope that it the case.  if not i was considering giving u meat( i already don’t eat beef or pork)

at my job they are having a post holiday party.  i already choose a nice outfit but i want to make sure i look super in it.  just a outfit i have worn before and looked ok in.  but i want a wow factor.

i want to have some sexy abs.  i’ve read hat abs are the last result i will see coming in after all my hard work.  i hope so.  i would like to be able to sit down without feeling like i’m going to have a baby.  plus i would like to feel more comfortable in wearing tight clothes and tanks.  i love wearing tanks in the summer.  not only that it helps me to look great in shorts.  i already have nice legs just need a nice mid section.

does anyone have suggestions for work outs?  that is the main area i want to improve(as you can see)  i would like to improve my arms as well but they are not as bad as my tummy.  at least at thanksgiving no one said i gained weight!  :)

   i feel like i stopped dead in my tracks as far as my weight dropping.  but it is still a learning process for me.  i have now added in more protein but i also need something to turn down my stress levels because i believe that is effecting my weight progress as well.  i was thinking about getting into yoga and changing what time i go to bed so i can work out first thing in the morning.  i’m thinking about it.

    i also feel that i need to change my six meals a day. i eat oatmeal with two eggs for meal 1, meal 2 could be a shake and two eggs, meal 3 is a turkey or ham wrap with lettece, meal 4 is fish with veggies and a fruit(sometimes i add in mac and cheese) and then meal 5 sometimes is a protein shake or nothing.  it depends if it’s on the day i am working or not.  for the most part i would like to take out the wrap and make it fruit or more veggies.  i believe that will give me a better boost.
