The new years plan
Well i have been lifting a total uppper body routine three times a week since Aug. In Jan i will start to split my workouts a bit more. Chest and tris on monday and thursday. Bis and shoulders on Tuesday and Friday. Back on Wednesday. I do abs every weekeday. I’ll also give a rundown of my supps. and diet plan. A glass of OJ first thing in the morning with an animal pak, 1 ON whey shake in the morning with 5 egg whites and two hole eggs. 1 Protein bar at 9 o clock(20 Grams of protein). Animal m-stak prior to lifting. Size on during my lift. 1 box of raisens immediately following my workout followed by a double ON 2:1:1 recovery shake. 1 hour after that a banana followed by another double ON 2:1:1 recovery shake (34 grams of protein for a double shake) I will eat some form of meat for both lunch and dinner. Before bed I take a whey shake and a casein shake also another animal pak. This will give me just from shakes and protein bar alone 139 grams of protein. I figure to pick up at least another 100-120 from breakfast, lunch and dinner. which will give me a daily amount of 239-259 grams. I weigh 190 lbs and will stay on this routine for 9 weeks before re-evaluating. If you read this blog shoot me a meassage and let me know what u think.
