Yea I think anything that works out the muscles in your butt will do the job.. Id look up different glute exercises and work them into your routine. I think that one should get those muscles burning real quick.

Denielle,

I am still transforming , but have lost 80 pounds and gone from over 32% bf to under 18% body fat. It is not one exercise , but a formula of things that work together:
resistance , cardio, hydration, nutrition and sleep. I find that the high intensity circuits of weights( compound body movements) and cardio interval training will burn the calories the longest. ALSO, by eating a thermic meal/snack every 3-4 hours, you will keep your metabolism from going into starvation mode(where it wants to store energy because it thinks it is not getting enough... and that means fat). by thermic meal I mean to include a lean protein all the time.

I hope you win the contest!

If you have time, check out my site, www.bFit247.com

if you actually follow the program you WILL transform your body...promise!

Good Luck,
Jeff

I heard a modified sumo squat helps that area as well, I think there was a video with Jenny Lynn training with Charles Glass on the Fitshow. She demonstrates it. It does wonders!
