Ok this is all new to me. I feel so silly cause I have so many questions to ask just to be able to get on the road to great success. So here I go. If anyone could give me answers and help me to learn what I need to know in order to get ahead. Here goes some of my questions.
1.] In order to loose weight how many calories should I been consuming in an average day?
2.] How many times a week should you do cardio workouts?
3.] How many times a week should you weight train a week?
4.] How long should you weight train for each day?
5.] How long should you do cardio for each day?
6.] What is a good amount of weight to loose a month ?
7.] What should you eat and what time of the day should you eat them?
I would appreciate any help anyone could possibly give me. I feel nieve but it is a new thing for me. I have just been working out. There is no real program I am following to achieve my goals. I want to learn why I am doing the things I am doing and how to put it all together to make my goals become reality.
