I have gotten my life in track again and am on a mission. I am ready to pick up the slack and start loosing weight again. I have been inspiring people at my work to do the same. We have a friendly competition going and I am pumped for it. Most the people I work with are very overweight and need to make healthy choices in their lives.

 I am pretty excited. We have a pot going and whoever looses the highest % by December 11th wins. I am very excited cause it is making them live healthier.

 So i need your help and Ideas. What are some killer exercises that have helped you reach your goals? What are activities we can all do together besides for walks. Any great quotes that motivate you. Any good recipes? I am hoping you can give me some excellent feed back to present to them

Hey everyone I currently do not have a gym due to money being pretty tight. I was wondering if anyone has any great workouts that they know of for me to try from my own home. I want to learn new workouts. I want to succeed in my weight loss it is a little harder when you don’t have a gym. So any ideas of great workouts would be great.

How can I get more Protein

Ok everyone I need some seriouse advice. I have a hard time getting the amount of Protein I need in my diet. I know alot about nutrition and fitness but I have a hard time applyin it to me. I know that alot of the reasson I am still squishy in my stomache area is because I am not consuming enough Protein.

 My body has a very hard time breaking protein down though. I have what is called IBS my doctor thinks it comes from the many years that I batteled with anorexia and was a vegetarian. I cannot eat beef at all. But even chicken, fish and proteins like that take a toll on my digestive system. Soy products also irritate my stomache.

 So my question is how does one go about getting proper amounts of Protein when there body has a hard time breaking protein down and what other tricks should I try to get rid of the belly that never really firms up i loose weight and it shrinks from that but it never firms up. I need some help. Please give me some advice.

Went Clothes Shopping and I can finally smile

I had to go clothes shopping for work last week. Well the results were so exciting for me. When I started really trying to loose weight I was in a size 16 pants and they fit tight and I was in an XL in shirts. Well when I went this time I was in a size 12 in pants and most the shirts were mediums that I was trying on unless it was a shirt that fit snugger at the shoulders as i have broad shoulders. Do you have any clue how pumped I am. I will loose my weight this time. This time is so different. I am pumped. I know all you out there trying to loose weight can do it as long as you commit to small term goals. Every little success gets you that much closer to the overal goal. I would gladly take 1lb weight loss over none. I will survive. I just wanted to share this with everyone.

Dreadful Back FatOk everyone Issue number two: where the hell did this shit come from.

When I was a little heavier this back fat shit didn’t stand out as bad as it does now. I hate it so much. I cant even explain how looking at this piture makes me want to vomit. Sure it is getting way better but come on already make this bulge dissapear. Once again any ideas of what I can do to get rid of these fat pockets that are right under my bra. Shit it is bigger than the boobs on the front. LOL

Once again I do not have a gym membership so it needs to be things I can try at home. Any help would be appreciated beyond belief. Thanks for always being ther to support me and guide me through this body alteration I am working on. In due time I will be looking like I want to .

Inner Thighs

What area I am talking about

 

Ok everyone I am starting to like my legs alot more as you can clearly see by my profile picture the only problem is I dont like them from the straight on view. I currently do not have the money for a gym so all the work I have been doing has been at home. I am curiouse just what I can do to speed up the progress in these problem areas of mine.

 I really would like the slim down the inner upper thighs as I have highlighted and shown with arrows and the upper outter portion of my thinghs that I have done the same with. What workouts should I try to target these problem areas.

 I need advice. I am making great progress but this is one area I really would like to shape up as fast as I can and every time I have posted these blogs I have had great ideas come from them. So maybe someone can offer up some advice as to what I can do to target these areas without having to hit the gym. Since at the time I am unable to.

Help I need to find my ass again

Ok everyone I am really excited I have been loosing weight like crazy. I have just really been watching my food intake and working out a little. Now that I am setteled into my new place I should be able to get on a work out regimn again but in the mean time I am still loosing great amounts of weight.

But I have been cutting way back on my carb intake and with that I find that I am loosing my ass and my boobs. I sortta figured my boobs would go away cause well I have never had much to start with but my ass on the other hand I always had a booty and I loved it. But now from decreasing my carbs i am starting to loose my butt. I have to ask for your help.

Can any of you give me some tips to recreate my back half so I can continue loosing weight but looking as though i have an ass. i would like to create a nice lifted rounded butt that looks amazing in jeans and everything else. If anyone has any tips please let me know about them.

Ok this is all new to me. I feel so silly cause I have so many questions to ask just to be able to get on the road to great success. So here I go. If anyone could give me answers and help me to learn what I need to know in order to get ahead. Here goes some of my questions.

1.] In order to loose weight how many calories should I been consuming in an average day?

2.] How many times a week should you do cardio workouts?

3.] How many times a week should you weight train a week?

4.] How long should you weight train for each day?

5.] How long should you do cardio for each day?

6.] What is a good amount of weight to loose a month ?

7.] What should you eat and what time of the day should you eat them?

I would appreciate any help anyone could possibly give me. I feel nieve but it is a new thing for me. I have just been working out. There is no real program I am following to achieve my goals. I want to learn why I am doing the things I am doing and how to put it all together to make my goals become reality.
