Help I need to find my ass again
Ok everyone I am really excited I have been loosing weight like crazy. I have just really been watching my food intake and working out a little. Now that I am setteled into my new place I should be able to get on a work out regimn again but in the mean time I am still loosing great amounts of weight.
But I have been cutting way back on my carb intake and with that I find that I am loosing my ass and my boobs. I sortta figured my boobs would go away cause well I have never had much to start with but my ass on the other hand I always had a booty and I loved it. But now from decreasing my carbs i am starting to loose my butt. I have to ask for your help.
Can any of you give me some tips to recreate my back half so I can continue loosing weight but looking as though i have an ass. i would like to create a nice lifted rounded butt that looks amazing in jeans and everything else. If anyone has any tips please let me know about them.
i will keep you posted on future success. Thanks for your well wishes, support and help.
love denielle

I’m right there with ya on the boobs
Pick up the "Glutes" issue of Oxygen…some good info in there. I’ve seen the most progress with squats. Good luck. -Shannon

Danielle, I think I am an expert on keeping a tight little booty (lol). I’ve always had a small frame…and no butt. So when I started competing I had to maximize what I DID have. So, my focus has since been to tighten, firm and make round and nice. I am just fine with my small butt. No jiggle is favorable to me. Good Luck! –Dawn Melanie

squats.
walking lunges with weights.
stair stepper but DON"T lean over the front.
kneel on your hands and knees and do bootie work like leg lifts to the back, and pulse your leg up. And if you like these I can send you some more. I have like 5 exercises you can do for the butt in this position.
and the revolving staircase machine at most gyms.
also, the leg curl machine where you lay on your tummy and curl your heels into your bootie.

Heck yeah…. the "Gauntlet" 9revolving stair machine) RULES!!! I loss soooo much muscle during the 4 months I was recovering from my ACL surgery. I am back on that Gauntlet and already feel the LIFT! Whoo Hoo. BTW - EVERYTHING else Purple said is also 100% on the money. –Dawn Melanie
