I just want to quickly say thank you to all my new friends on here. All of you have been so helpful and given me the courage and support I needed to make it through and persavere. I love my family to death but often times they do not encourage me and or push me along. So it is so mice to meet people who can give me that extra needed support.

Hey everyone I have lost weight since joining this and I havent even gotten on a schedule with workouts and dieting yet. So that is very exciting. Hope to hear from all of you. Thanks again.

Ok this is all new to me. I feel so silly cause I have so many questions to ask just to be able to get on the road to great success. So here I go. If anyone could give me answers and help me to learn what I need to know in order to get ahead. Here goes some of my questions.

1.] In order to loose weight how many calories should I been consuming in an average day?

2.] How many times a week should you do cardio workouts?

3.] How many times a week should you weight train a week?

4.] How long should you weight train for each day?

5.] How long should you do cardio for each day?

6.] What is a good amount of weight to loose a month ?

7.] What should you eat and what time of the day should you eat them?

I would appreciate any help anyone could possibly give me. I feel nieve but it is a new thing for me. I have just been working out. There is no real program I am following to achieve my goals. I want to learn why I am doing the things I am doing and how to put it all together to make my goals become reality.
