Man it feels great to be back…man the strength is there I just have to be careful not to get ahead of myself. Which right now it would be easy to do. After my leg work out yesterday is going to have me sore for about a week. But man have I been waiting for this. Got arms today and we will see how that goes.

To anyone who reads, I am trying to redefine my body and need help I have until Oct to do it and I am not sure where to start. As fare as Supps go I cant count on them because I am deployed. I need to find a way to soley depend on the Chow Hall. I am also trying to find a program to follow. So please if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be greatly thankful.

So life has been crazy for the last 8 months and I am ready to fix me so to say. I jump into a comp called biggest loser it was a base comp and I won it by losing 28lbs how ever since the end of that comp I went from 248 back up to 255 which is far less then what it was but I need to be under 240 and that is the goal. My knee is still shot but I wont let it mess with me anymore just tired of it. so I will brace it and work on the basics again. Start from scratch so to say. Just stay turned for this thing they call life keep you posted.

Well I havent been here much since my knee was blown in a soccer game back in April but I am now sitting at 277lbs and I have to do something about it. Not sure how it will go but I have to drop this excess weight. My Career is on the line now. I have been workin on push-ups and pull-ups at the house thanks to some presents from my dad. I will post more later but this is my start.

So Feb was a weird month and I didnt get what I wanted done in this contest, however started this month off right when I squated 405 for 3 and pulled it in deads for 3 as well. This past Monday I did squat 420lbs for 1 but after that one I saw so many stars I knew it was time to stop with squats anyways. I have had great workouts this month so far and I hope to keep it up. I took Thrusday off for some RR and scheduled a deep tissue massage and let me tell you it felt great. SO thats all for now. Have to be at work in 20mins.

Well I have been sick for the last week or so but I am back and back with a vengence! I have at least a weeks worth of catching up todo. Today was a great leg workout, I think I hit a PR with 355 for 4 reps. Felt so good, but now my legs are Jello. Love’n it!

So I am going to try this recomp contest and see how it goes. With Jadah pushing like he does it should give me the extra little umph I need. At the Momment training went on hold and I will start back this Monday. My wife just had our first little girl and I have had to be home a little more. Once I start back I will continue with the DC style training for the first month and change my routine as needed. I will be trying need supps and I think I will try the new Muscle Assylum project gear. Figure if the add gets me pumped then why not give it a try. I will also be combining it wil some of the Legal Gear Meth 1-d and formadrol. I will be going to a leaner diet due to the fact that I will need to shed a lot of body fat. I currently stand at 265lbs and by the end of this I would like to be below 240lbs. I look forward to this comp and what it can due to push me to my limit. With My work schedule always changing and also with me being on 12 hour shifts My training will probably be in the mornings and cardio in the afternoons. So good luck to everyone and let the weights slide with ease.

Well I am lookin for motivation and I hope this might be it. I dont have anyone to help push me so I hope I can find something here. I am lost currently and need help. I did well in Korea but I was by myself now I am back with the Fam and have trouble dividing my time plus I am on 12 hours shifts which really blows. I will write more when I have progress.
