I Have a Cyber-Stalker (serious)
This unfortunately is not a joke. You may have noticed that I haven’t been on Bodyspace as much as usual, but there’s a reason for that. It seems that an obsessive cyber-stalker (claims to be female, but you never know), has developed an ‘unnatural’ attraction toward me, and that this person will do everything within their power to maintain some form of connection, even one that is nonreciprocal in nature. I’ve known this person for a number of years online, but only recently became aware of the severity surrounding their obsession after I abruptly dissolved the e-friendship a few months back.
In the interim, fictitious Facebook & Bodyspace accounts have been created in order to gather access to my personal information, and/or to interact with me on any level. A number of my friends/acquaintances (both online and off), have been duplicitously lured into friendships and subsequently harassed as a result of this event, as have a number of my message board & Facebook acquaintances. I’m posting this openly, as I’ve been directed to do so.
Please feel free to contact me via e-mail or private message if you’ve received any suspicious contacts or communication with my name attached, but only regulars or long term-Bodyspacers please–I pretty much know who’s who at this point.

I am very sorry to hear this. There are some sick-ass people in this world that don’t cvare what problems they create.I will certainly be on the look out for anything like that.. I will definately let you know if I see or hear anything…Be strong…hopefully, this nut case will get the messageand go away! Anything I can do to help you out, just ask. If this guy is local, meaning Hawaii local I have family on the islands that will take care of business no questions asked.

Be careful lady-bug. I’ve dealt with a total of 3 seriously ill stalkers from my modeling days. These people seek out others to fixate on and they can do drastic things. Luckily for me one of my stalkers was harmless and all it took was a 6′6" defensive lineman boyfriend to get rid of him, the second was put in a mental facility and I think has gotten some help because he burned down his workplace, and the most recent well I’m just doing what you did and hoping for the best. Just stay strong.

You are not alone. A lot of people get cyber stalked. I never thought it would happen to me either. As a result, I created this website to fight back against cyber stalking! Cyber stalking is a serious crime and it’s important to share the information with others so that it doesn’t happen to more people.

I am really sorry you are suffering cyber stalking, have you contacted the police? I’m serious, they are actually very helpful at investigating and dealing with cyber problems and have dedicated teams to tackling these issues.
Good luck & try not to let it interfere with your day to day life & just be cautious about what info you share.

I had one or two, dudes can be nuts. I also had a few "regular" members here create fake profiles to leave me nasty comments. Little do idiots know ISP addresses can be traced….and so they log on with a fake name., sometimes the comments from "guests" actually reveal their REAL names….

call the police and see if you have a case. my uncle whos a lawyer once told me that calling a person too many times is a form of stalking and is illegal. so this probably is too. prosecute that mofo
