Things seem to be headed in the right direction. Enjoy the journey. Your next big contest is less than a month away, Good luck, there will be time for cookies when the competition is done

I figure 6 weeks out a few cookies or a slice of cake would mean nothing to a body like yours. The real problem is the introduction of processed material into an organically seasoned machine. Then that just becomes a question of right and wrong. There is no reason why we ever have to consume processed other than the training we received as consumers telling us that we should or that we will be missing out on something if we don’t. They have been feeding us that crap in the media all of our lives. It is unfair that we have to ‘focus’ on not feeding our bodies crap. Feed your spirit. Sit down with a good book and get yourself a large fuji apple and enjoy the perfection you created in spite of the billions of dollars that are spent every year to get you to buy a twinkie. Take the stage like a champ which is what you are!

I’ve gained five pounds in the last three days…Prime rib, pumpkin pie, christmas cookies, rice crispy treat snowflakes with white chocolate frosting…..Yep, I’m closing this bulk out in style….I’m actually looking forward to the cutting phase, here in another three weeks.
