Wow…to see someone work so hard and accomplish goals is terrific you look great..I would love to learn from you how you got started..My goal is the same and just started training. Good Luck!

Sorry for the delay in reply, i am learning how to use this site.
Anyway, you ghave o get a good Figure trainer. Someone who believes in you and understands what it takes to compete.
Everyone need a dream, don’t stop until you achieve your goals. Just 5 years ago I was 176lbs, and a size 12+. When I told my first trainer I wanted to compete, be said I did not have the body for it. Needless to say that was my last session with him.
Always remember 1 thing, if you can believe it you can achieve it.
By the way, I can’t wait to show that trainer my picture in January Ironman magazine, I hope it makes him think twice about what he says to his clients.

ok, I am two days out and I have never looked better. My cuts are definately in and I am diaing in. Just pray it’s enough to WIN.
Either way, it’s an honor to be on that stage some of the most fit women in California.
