This morning I woke up at 04:00 hours and went to the gym. I worked on my abs and cardio. After that i had about 8 eggwhites and an apple with a bottle of water. Later tonight I’ll hit the gym again to work on my chest.
Today i pushed myself to do three 45 minute cardio sessions with a 15 minute rest split in between. What a rush!!!!! By the time I completed the final session I was soaked. Feeling Good!
Today i have decided to step it up in the cardio to help burn more fat so i can appear leaner. And at the same time eat more protein so i dont lose much of the muscle i have.
