					<description>It can certainly be tough with a schedule like that!  You CAN'T miss those meals!  Especially while recovering from surgery - it's more important than ever right now for you to eat as best as you can so your body can kick into high geat and repair.  I just wrote extensively about recoving from sickness and injury while dieting over at www.dietforadollar.com  It's kind of long, but I like to cover a lot of details with these things.  
Every time you tell yourself that you'll 'just wait until lunch' or 'I'll make up for it at dinner' think about what your body needs now to heal.  A good multivitamin, solid amount of protein in accordance with your macronutrient needs, all from high quality food sources and to top it all off, plenty of rest!
