I want this, want to eat clean, lift hard!! Then I get up every single day at 4:30, go to the gym work as hard as I can(shoulder still healing). Every day say I am going to eat soooo CLEAN. I always eat a clean breakfast, the kids get up, get ready for school, I shower, go to PT for 1.5, then start my work day ( I am in the process of selling a biz), before I know it its lunch time because the hunger pains are intense. Oppps missed meal 2 by that time its anything goes. It is driving me CRAZY!! Going to the gym is the easy part for me its the damn food!! I get up the next day and start all over again!! I am at the point just one day clean!! Along with the shoulder healing, I have vertigo from a sinus infection I let go for months that has settled in my ears. And I still go to the gym!! i think I am loosing it!! LOL Anyone else identify with this? Please tell me I am not alone with the food.

It has been such a long road!! I tore my rotator cuff in Feb and finally got the surgery in August. I have felt like I spent the winter at half mast trying to work as hard as possible without constant complaining oh but the pain was horrid. I am 6 weeks out and PT is awful. I have been back at the gym for 3 solids weeks but very limited. I switched gyms, people just look at me like what is she doing? I left my comfort zone of the old gym, to comfy there plus a 25 minute ride each way. I like the change, and have found an inner will working out alone is very different for me but I think I like it!! My eating has been fair but am ready to really batten down the hatches and see what I can do at 48!!

Been a tough winter!! Anyway all new workout this morning with Scorpion42 from Stevep78, amazing felt great to sweat and burn. I have to admit I got bored, and lax. Not anymore, cannot wait for Steve to send me a new diet Scorpion is liking hers!!
I miss getting e mails please write away!! I will be spending more time on here it is a great site and helps stay focused. And away from the crap pushers(Chicken Tunas line)!! Thank you for all the support!!

WOW!! Our leg workout this morning was killer!! I am planning on going out tonight, not sure I am going to be able to dance. You know your in trouble when your legs ache before the end of the day.
Body fat to be done on Tuesday that should help keep me in check for the big eating day!! Wish me luck.

We did it with some help of a non technically challenged teenager!! I personally have never downloaded a picture on anything before yesterday! Since scorpion 42 is determined to assist me in this learning process I will be doing more picture downloading!! Stay tuned and away we go!! This is fun!!
