Enough is Enough
Thursday, January 17th, 2008Im only cheating myself by not lifting to my full potential and lately I feel i could be lifting a lot heavier. I’ve skipped random workouts for no reason at all other than laziness. Weight training is my only sport now and I finally have the dedication to get what I want from it now. Im not gonna call myself a bodybuilder by any means but I would like to be asked sometime if I do train based on my shape. Hoping to take this new vigor into my shoulders session today and see where I get. Hopefully some new big lifts!!!
