Friday, June 22nd, 2007wow I feel good, just home from legs workout and decided it was time to step up the squats. added an extra 10kg’s and was squating at 110kg. Felt great. Also after I entered that progress into my lift stats I was suprised by the factI have achieved my lifting goals before my due date without even realising. All except my becip curl, but I really think I can do it, I still have 4 days so fingers crossed
Taking my new measurements in 4 days as well to see if I’ve met bodyshape goals. Anyways hope everyone is training well and wish you all the best.
