adding cardio
well after a lot of time trying to add some weight and size, I think its time I cut back on my crappy eating and up the cardio and lose some of my crappy midsection especially. Just really want to be fit for gridiron season coming up soon. Would like to impress people.
Currently my stats say about 85kg’s, im hoping in about 3-4 days time I will be a lot lower than that, hoping for about 83, as im doing early morning cardio and then weights at night, also with moderately good eating.
