Added My Goals
added my goals finally, hoping to get my bodyfat done in the next few days somehow.
This is just a good diary update for myself really.
Today at the gym I did some max lifts and i figured out that I can do
machine row unilateral = 70kg each side.
Bench press on smith machine = 76kg max
seated dip = 163 kg max
doing the squats and deadlifts in next few days as well
