first time back to 100 kg’s in long time. Felt good to have the confidence to attack that weight and go heavy on the legs again. Been worried for a while about my back holding out. But overall went well, little shaky through the core so will have to work on that over the next few months i think to bring me back up to scratch and get some stability happening.

How awesome is it. Got through shoulders in a nice 40 mins. Some people ask why i train so late, if only we had gyms the size you Americans do. Then maybe we could have some space to ourselves.
Definately my best workout for ages. So pumped!!!!!

He came as a guest lecturer to my uni course today. A very knowlegeable guy and really friendly and approachable. Just wanted to mention it. Go check the guy out, well earnt and definately seen both sides of the bodybuilding world

Im only cheating myself by not lifting to my full potential and lately I feel i could be lifting a lot heavier. I’ve skipped random workouts for no reason at all other than laziness. Weight training is my only sport now and I finally have the dedication to get what I want from it now. Im not gonna call myself a bodybuilder by any means but I would like to be asked sometime if I do train based on my shape. Hoping to take this new vigor into my shoulders session today and see where I get. Hopefully some new big lifts!!!

hey everybody, finally got my next dose of inspiration a few days back. Caught up with a friend who hasnt seen me in a few months and she gave me some nice comments about how much Ive changed
Was really nice to hear that my hard work is not being wasted. Personally since that day I believe I’ve hit my training with new intensity and cant wait for the next lot of measurements and photos. May even try reach some new Personal Bests in a few weeks :
Birthday today and my g/f got me a celltech/nitrotech stack, VERY HAPPY!!!
Cant wait to try it starting next week
P.S. Does anyone know about taking NO xplode on the celltech/nitrotech??? YAY or NAY?

had an awesome workout tonight. Did chest and some tri’s. Pretty busy so did what I could. End up doing chest mostly on the smith machine because i wanted to go heavy and to failure. Did the rest with some varied angles with dumbbells.
Headed upstairs and had an awesome cardio session after, had my no-xplode before my session started, didnt really feel to much in my weights session, but have to admit my cardio session was fantastic.
Hope to keep up the hard work in the cardio room
see how I go in a weeks time :S

wow I feel good, just home from legs workout and decided it was time to step up the squats. added an extra 10kg’s and was squating at 110kg. Felt great. Also after I entered that progress into my lift stats I was suprised by the factI have achieved my lifting goals before my due date without even realising. All except my becip curl, but I really think I can do it, I still have 4 days so fingers crossed
Taking my new measurements in 4 days as well to see if I’ve met bodyshape goals. Anyways hope everyone is training well and wish you all the best.

Stopped me from going to the gym , its like 7 days since I last went. Feeling so sluggish right now. Going back finally today. Class has finally finished so I have two weeks study break and this should give me some time to finally get serious about the gym and diet agian.
Hopefully all goes well, see some results soon and lose that fat I gained while I had my face buried in textbooks. SO NOT FAIR!!!!!!

well after a lot of time trying to add some weight and size, I think its time I cut back on my crappy eating and up the cardio and lose some of my crappy midsection especially. Just really want to be fit for gridiron season coming up soon. Would like to impress people.
Currently my stats say about 85kg’s, im hoping in about 3-4 days time I will be a lot lower than that, hoping for about 83, as im doing early morning cardio and then weights at night, also with moderately good eating.
Hope this works :S
