					<description>I hope you had enough muscle on that leg to protect your thigh bone!

I had some rotator cuff problems and I didn't know they would affect my lifts, expecially with incline presses... right near the end of the set, my left shoulder separated... talk about pain! ...

 there are some directions shoulders aren't meant to rotate.  

Now when I go big, I go get a spotter...

I have bailed on a few lifts - heck... even a squat once with 315#..... It made quite a racket, I got a lot of looks, but I saved my back.
