“Six Pack Attack” Day 8
Monday, May 12th, 2008Well, one week down and 5 (or more) to go! Stats as of today: 165 Lbs, 12.8% +- 1% body fat, starting to see the upper abs. This was also with NO cardio. I have updated my progress picture and can actually tell a difference from the first.
The new diet is easier to stick to than I originally thought. It does help when you work from home. Making 3 meals for the office is no easy task in the morning.
Today was the first day in a long time I jogged. I completed about two miles and it felt pretty good. Only thing is, I have legs tomorrow and I have a feeling I might be a little sore. Oh well, I will get over it.
