Finally over this mind funk and calling it quits on the “Six Pack Attack”..
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008Well, I am over this mind funk with my workouts finally. Because of my new work schedule I have been forced to pretty much lift at night. This was very hard to get used to considering I’m a night owl and I am drained by 7. Anyways, I started taking creatine about two weeks ago and I am sure this has helped with having a little more energy for the night time lifts. For the first two weeks I took 7.5 grams three times a day; Morning, pre-lift, and post-lift. Now that my two weeks are over I am just doing 5 grams pre and post-lift. Any of you out there take it? Any thoughts on it? How often do you take it and when? Post your comments please! ![]()
As far as the "Six Pack Attack" thing goes…I have been cheating on my meals way too much to get close to what I wanted in the six weeks I alloted myself. My abs are definately showing more than when I started but I know I am not being serious enough about it right now. I think once I get past July 4th I’ll be in a mind set to start it up again. I hope to gross myself out on food over the weekend.
