Being sick SUCKS!!!
If you would have asked me a year ago how I would have felt if I missed a day or a whole week of working out, I would have said no big whoop. But I have been sick since Sunday and have not worked out once this week just to get rid of this crap ASAP and I am going out of my mind.
I never thought working out would be this high on my "want to do" list, but it is.
Anyway, I am at the tail end of my cold and I don’t want a relapse so I am taking the rest of the week off, getting plenty of rest, and getting ready to make up for a few steps lost this past week.
