Something funny my 7 year old said to me…
I thought of this today as I was taking my updated progress picture. It made me laugh then and still does today.
Many months ago, after a work out, I was flexing in the mirror at home (this was right around the time I was starting to notice my muscles actually showing) and my 7 yr old came around the corner, looked at me, and got the "deer in the headlights" eyes. I said, "I’m getting bigger, aren’t I?". And my son said, "Whoa, I can tell you’ve been working out…You’ve gotten MUCH TALLER!" 
Thanks, bud. I’ll never forget that day.
