Horrible yesterday, great today…
Yesterday could possibly be the worst workout I have ever had. Felt like crap and another late night work out. I just can not get into the habit of workouts past lunch time. I’m spent by then. I didn’t complete half the exercises I wanted to, wasn’t focused at all, and just wanted to leave the moment I walked in.
Now today was a different story. Had lots of sleep and got in the gym around 1. Moved to the next level of weight in all exercises and almost completed every single rep. Amazing how the time of day and the amount of sleep the night before affects you.
