Recently i did 225*5 on barbell bench press, 80's 9 times on dumbbell bench press (flat).

Hey i just looked at your lifting/body stats, you got some nice stats too. 15' arms is kinda big and 45' chest too</description>

					<description>thats weird, i bench a lot less than you but i do 55lbs dumbbells for 13 reps on the seated dumbbell press. still an impressive workout.</description>
