Barbell Bench Press 3 8-9-10 160lbs-140lbs-135lbs
Inclined Dumbbell Bench 2 6-6 50lbs-45lbs
Chin-ups 2 12-10 -
Shoulder barbell press 2 14-10 90lbs
Dips (chest version) 1 13 -
Barbell Curl 1 12 65lbs
Normal intensity, good weights, relax mood = good workout
