I love learning from healthy people who share my love for weight training & diet. I hope this site will be another way of keeping me motivated. I usually get to lift 5 days a week and follow a clean diet with a chocolate ’slip-up’ now and then! I don’t beat myself up about it, but I am working toward getting a little leaner for summer.
