Mid Dec Break 1month
Now i got a break for 1 month, I’m gonna go back and concentrate on my routine. I havn’t been to the gym for about 3 weeks now, feeling weak, im not eating properly and very stressed out. But Now i’m gonna go back on track, and Need to be in shape in 2 weeks, because that’s when my winter session starts, and i have to take a swimming course, I need a good bod when i take my clothes off. I’m resort to basic bodyweight exercises because I usually work out at the GYM in my school(closed till new years), and I have no weights at home.
Anyway, Swimming will be my cardio, and I will go lift after i swim. Hofully the gym is open.
