Now is the time.
Time to take this thing to the next level. I have had some great success over the past 6 to 7 months. I went to Maui, had a great time and for the first time in my life I was not self conscience on the beach or by the pool. Ever since I got back however life has seamed to throw me one curve ball after another.
Kids being sick, wife being sick, me being sick, our basement flooding after a once in a 100 year rain, my company merging with another company and the possibility of losing my job, along with my mom having brain cancer, and nearly getting thrown in jail after being kicked out of a bar has all been in a 6 week period. Enough is enough.
I have still maintained what I had before Hawaii. So that is my jumping off point for the next 6 weeks. Six weeks of taking back my life and putting my fitness on the top of the list. Six weeks puts me at Memorial Day and a couple of days at the track with my shirt off. Lets to this!
Nutrition is going to be focus one, I am a stress eater no more. Prioritizing work outs even with me traveling 3 out of the next 6 weeks; I need at least 4 workouts a week with 3 of those being weights.
I will do this. I will be in the best shape of my life come June 1st. I plan on living the summer in the sun with my kids and my beautiful wife not worrying if somebody is thinking about my fat gut because it won’t be there.
