ive been somewhat bulking. not super intensly, but i am 164 today, which is 4 pounds more then when i started.

tried deadlifting for the first time today, found out i can do 165. not bad for a first time :]
also, beat my old squat record by ALOT.
im hoping to have a cumulitive 500 pounds in my bench, squat, and deadlift.
not far away either :]
