Time time step up with new supplements

I've been bodybuilding for about ten years now but have yet to have that breakthrough moment that is needed to be a true body builder.  Eating, training, and rest was what I thought was needed.  Year after year my body changed packing on little muscle at a time.  My body fat was pretty steady at around 15%, nowhere near where I wanted it.  After racking my mind to try to find out what I was doing wrong I realized I had forgotten one key ingridient, Supplements.

With that being said one day after working out my freind threw me an Everlast protein bar.  I ate the bar, which supprisingly good.  Upon going home I researched the Everlast products and order them.  Ive been taking them now for a week and I've been destroying the gym.  I thought this would be a good product to blog about.  I am going to document my transformation on my bodyspace.  I will post pics at the start and 30 days later.  I will also talk about my diet and training any tips are welcome.

Many of the people that i know ask me about fitness, even though I am not a personal trainer nor a body builder.  I do work out five to six days a week because i love it and it is a hell of a stress reliever.  I have many friends that are overweight and every six months its the same thing-Im gonna start working out with you- and then........nothing.  I just dont feel right is what they tell me.  My joints hurt, I cant walk twenty steps without being out of breath, i can't lift my own weight.  Being the good friend that I am I support them but there is never any effort to actually do it.  Well to them I say just shut up and do it.

"If i worked out I would be huge", "If I did cardio I would have a six pack" and "when I was younger i could bench 500 lbs" are just some of the phrases I get thrown at me on a regular basis I would like to add to that a phrase that my grandad use to tell me " if grandma had balls she would be grandpa" is what i want to tell them.  Please, not trying to be mean but just shut up and do it.   Get of the couch, get up an hour earlier, get your butt to the gym and push that weight, walk that mile, or even sit in the sauna just get active.  Just shut up and do it.
