Why do people say….you don’t have enough meat on you…..??? I’ve been hitting the gym really hard since January and feel I’ve made some major gains, losing fat..gaining muscle. I’m skinny fat, so when people say I need to put more meat on my body I get disgusted! I don’t need more fat…. I need to gain muscle and lose the fat I do have!
I’m still working hard at the gym and on my diet..still ways to go…but was just perturbed with a comment made to while at work this week. Anyone else get this and get annoyed with it?

Hi. Its been awhile since I’ve blog-ed. Life is good. Still been hitting the gym and lifting heavy. I am doing 1 HIIT workout, trying to get some more cardio in this summer. I’ve been ‘for the most part’ eating clean. Hoping to post some pics in another month…not seeing much change…Think its time for another change….. but not sure what yet.

I am on very strict workout schedule and today is the day I hit the gym and unfortunatley my 5yr old is not feeling well! I normally take them to the childcare there and won’t be able to do so today. My husband is also out of town so I have no one to watch the kids. Hopefully he gets home early or I can squeeze a work out in tomorrow! I’m feeling motivated so its a bummer that I have circumstances out of my control stopping me from hitting the gym! UGGHH!!!

Hi! I returned back from vacation and have been hitting the gym and next week I change my routine. I’m looking forward to it, its time for another workout routine. I am not to into this one like my last one. I am still doing a three day lifting and 1 day HIIT, some weeks I am able to squeeze in another HIIT, but not consistant. Diet is OK, still need to clean up some of the nibbling throughout the day. But overall I am eating much better then 3 months ago…

Hi! I just returned from vacation and didn’t do to bad eating, but wasn’t exactly clean, so I’m glad I’ve returned home so that I can eat clean again! I did hit the gym while I was away, but didn’t get in my two HIITs…but am hoping to get to the gym today…we will see. I’m busy unpacking and hopefully will get done with it soon. I’m so ready to start going strong again!!!

Hi. I just took some progress pics…. I am happy with the results but still see that I have aways to go. I’m currently only using Whey Protein, but have debated a Fat Burner, I’m going to hold off for now, and revisit a Fat Burner come Jun/July.

OK, its almost four weeks since I posted progress pics….so I’m hoping to do it next week before we go on Vacation. I’m a bit nervous. I see changes, but still see so much that needs to be toned. I’m very much impressed with all the changes in my diet/workout are paying off- I just hope it shows in my new progress pics.

Ok, I’m doing a 3 day split (2upper/2lower) alternating. I’ve been doing this routine for 6 weeks and now its time to switch it up a bit! I’m getting wonderful ideas off of bodybuilding.com. I see 3-day splits that really stay consistant on the days, M-W-F the same each week. SO I’m going to try one of these new routines for about 6 weeks and them hopefully switch to 4 days a week! I’m still pumped and going strong!

Now, that I’ve muscle built for 5 weeks, it now time to lower the calories and kick up the cardio. I’m going to add in another HIIT this week, and I’m looking foward to the weather getting warmer so that I can do it early on Sunday mornings….. right now its too COLD! Still hanging on strong with eating clean. I’ve had a few cookies, but always put them into my food long and make sure it still is within my calories! LIFE IS GOOD!

Ok, today I’ve been craving chocolat- BIG TIME! Anyone have a good tips on how to settle this craving? I keep looking at the bag of M&M’s…….. thinking a few won’t be that bad. Just wondering if anyone had any advice…..or ideas to kill the craving.
