Have been trying to gain some mass - have increased the calorie intake, and protein intake, but seem to be losing weight. As I am pretty clueless on the whole thing - any comments how to gain solid mass would be helpful.

Darren - 50% Carbs, 30% protein, 20% Fats for a diet and REALLY focus on lifting and working up to the heavier weights when you are in the gym. Putting on muscle means pushing yourself and making your body think that the heavy stuff that you are working with is the new "normal" and it needs to adapt to that. Book to recommend: "Hgh Intesity Training the Mike Mentzer Way" … you can get it off Amazon for pretty reasonable.
