Just added creatine into my programme this week, so hoping to see some results from that. Things are going pretty well although I need to do more leg work as my calves look terrible.

Darren, where are those calves that look so terrible? haven’t seen em yet, but I’m sure they are part of an awesome foundation that holds up that growing torso. Keep at it, friend. Peace, Rich
