Vacation
Off to Florida for a week - the challenge is not to eat too much and to do some training instead of lying by the pool!!
I think I have been doing well with the weight loss, but now seem to be getting skinny, so not sure where to go next with training and should I be taking different supplements to gain mass and definition?

Hey Darren -
The new pic you posted is starting to show some definition. Skinny? No way, there is muscle there. More definition will come as more fat is lost. Make sure that the carbs are under control and that you are getting 25-30 grams of protein a meal and the muscle will pile on as you persist. Keep at it — and be careful in the restaurants in Florida!
