Advice please:

Hi all, probably going to sound like a complete idiot, but here goes - I currently just use creatine, but would like to gain more muscle definition and bulk up a bit. Anyone got any recommendations on what the best supplements would be, also suffer from high cholesterol and underactive thyroid, so not sure of safety issues with supplements. Ask you can tell bit of a novice here although I am getting on a bit(45)

Look forward to hearing from you,

Darren

A decent way to gain a little size and bulk is with the creatine/whey protein stack. Compliment that with a good diet and nutrition program you should be good. You have to eat to grow and train hard stick to the basic principles you should be ok.

If you are looking for definition Creatine is not the way to go. It will make you lok bigger, but not cut. You wanna go with an NO and Protien stack, along with a hydroxycut before meals. I’m telling you man. If you eat right, and stack right yolu will stredd up fast……. don’t forget cardio at least 2 times a week for half an hour or more….

may I also recommend you check with your doctor before taking any supplements; only because of your medical conditions. (just to be on the safe side) and like said above, you have to eat alot and train alot to make those gains–don’t depend on just supplements alone.

Hey bro … check out the rack of stuff I am taking. The combo there, with a clean diet of 6 a day is certatinly working at this end. Try Animal Pump for a creatine supp. Just keep in mind dude that 80% of this is about diet. You need to be as focused in the kitchen as you are in the squat rack.

    Keep at it bro!
