Out of time, but now its 2adays
Started back in school today so I figured I would try out the gym at the school again. Then I remembered why I don’t lift there. It was so crowded and I could barely finish, wait I didn’t even finish my workout. Today was chest and since I couldn’t get on the bench I did everything else in my workout. Machine press, dips, db flyes, pec deck but didn’t get to do the bench press to neck or db pullovers. Now about the 2 adays. I’m going to try this for this week and see what happens with my body. After I finish this class, I am going back to the gym to hit my triceps for a good pump. I’ll fill you all in later on in the day…
