					<description>Nice gains Dawn, the picture I still have of you in my mind is from the Europa, so I know you've changed since then.  Yes, for building mass carbs are a wonderful friend, clean carbs even better friends.  I'll look forward to the day I don't avoid carbs :)

I also noted the squats are coming up, nice job there.  Hope all is well in your world.</description>
