					<description>Yes please borrow any of the exercise in my routine you think will help you. I don't know what is good for your knees but that routine doesn't involve any weights--but I am still sore so its definitely intense! Good Luck!</description>

					<description>I am glad to see that you made it.  I, too, spend a lot of time socializing at the gym.  The bad thing is that I workout by myself in my garage.  But I've got to tell you, I know myself pretty well now.  All joking aside, I like the way that you set yourself up for success.  I think that planning and foresight are two of the most important aspects of training and diet.  Keep it up.</description>

					<description>I have no doubt in you!  Your dedication and motivation are a true inspiration to me.  I am going to the orthopedist on monday to see what damage has taken place and pray that I will only need some physical therapy to correct this injury because I want to get lean.
