March 24, 2008Here’s my routine for today; it was legs and I wanted to get a good squat workout in. I haven’t ran long distance or did any leg exercises for the past few days so I had a pretty good workout. I’m going skiing from Wednesday to Friday so I’m thinking my legs are going to be pretty raw after this week is over.
I’m doing the workout in the order that I did it, and I always kept my rests under 90 seconds with the exception of my squat rests which were 3 minutes.
Front SquatÂ
- Bar x 15
- 95 x 10
- 115 x 8
Squat
- 135 x 10
- 185 x 8
- 225 x 5
- 235 x 5
- 240 x 5
- 250 x fail @ 2 reps
- Super Set 180 x 20 on squat machine
Step Up
- 135 x 3
- ” x “
- 155 x 3 ( I failed on the third one for my right foot )
- 155 x 3 ( Only 2 for my left foot to even out strength I guess )
- 155 x 3 “
Quad Extension
- 100×5 s.s. 50×15
- 130×5 s.s. 50×15
- 140×5 s.s. 85×15
Good Mornings
- 3 sets of 80×10
- Bar x 15
- 95 x 10
