Creatine
i am thinking about going on creatine and i have a fear that creatine will hurt my body. i dont want to get into anything that will hurt my body. if u think creatine is bad or good let me know. if you dont think creatine will hurt my body what r some good creatines that r safe to use.

Creatine is very safe! It will help you to reach your goal of gaining muscle. In my opinion creatine monohydrate is still the best form of creatine. There is little research to support the efficacy of the newer forms of creatine. Creatine should be taken immediately post-workout with protein and some fast digesting carbohydrate. Dave: I don’t know of any studies showing creatine to be detrimental to good health. However, creatine won’t necessarily make your muscles grow; instead it is supposed to increase the available ATP for the muscles. Sort of. Anyways, the point of creatine is to allow you to work harder, and thus increase your performance and build muscle that way. It can cause your muscles to retain more water, thus making them look bigger. Make sure you increase your water intake if you start using it, to, since your muscles will soak up extra water. When you go off the creatine, that water size will disappear too. As far as brands… just pick a cheap creatine monohydrate. Don’t go for the fancy stuff yet. That’s my 2 cents…
